My First Glossy Box

Today I received my first Glossy Box :-) When I first opened it I was so excited...

I have a million perfumes to get through at the moment but Aura by Swarovski perfume was a welcome brand in my box. Not my usual scent of choice but it smells amazing and I can't wait to use it! :-D I haven't used the Kiehl's serum ''Midnight Recovery Eye'' yet because I didn't need the cream. It's a restorative concentrate of essential oils and botanicals for fresher, younger looking eyes by morning. If my mother needs the serum, I'll give it to her. :-) In my opinion the standout product for pretty much everyone seems to have been the Giorgio Armani mascara. I use different mascaras and it will be a beautiful piece in my ''mascara collection'' :-D I always wanted to buy an OPI nail polish and now I have a sample. I absolutely love the nail polish, it's a really dark red. The last product is the Biotherm ''Aquasource Night - High Density Hydrating Jelly''. With this jelly your skin looks fresh and plumped. I want to try it out to see if it works.

All in all an okay box. Nothing too enthralling but not totally useless! I am looking forward to next month's box though, I'm sure it's going to be a good one :-) Thoughts? Feel free to post a link to your review if you've written one and I'll take a look!

Hello Spring, Hello Flu

Right now I don't feel well, I think that I'm getting a very bad cold :-( I have a sore throat, a stuffy nose and earache. It's day two and I don't want to blog, write reviews or even take pictures. Normally, I would go out with my friends to the cinema to see the movie ''Türkisch für Anfänger'' but this flu has ruined everything. Now I have to lie in my bed all day long, watching boring TV series, eating pretzel sticks and drinking Cola. I sneeze constantly - it start's to annoy me. If anyone has any ideas how to get rid of a cold I would be very grateful to hear them :-D

Who Let The Dogs Out?

Momentan läuft vieles wie geschmiert! 1.: Morgen muss ich leider nicht zur Schule weil ich morgen früh um 8 Uhr mal wieder zwei Zähne gezogen bekomme. 2.: Mittwoch müsste ich eigentlich eine Klausur in Pädagogik schreiben aber die wurde dank der DVG verschoben da mal wieder gestreikt wird. Lieben Dank an die DVG! :-D 3.: Das Wetter wird von Tag zu Tag besser, perfekt zum fotografieren :-)

Translation: Right now everything is fine! 1.: I cannot go to school tomorrow because I have to go to the dentist. Tomorrow morning at eight clock, the dentist will pull two teeth. On Wednesday I was supposed to write a pedagogy exam but the public transportation services will go on strike. Thanks to the public transportation services! :-D 3.: The weather is good, especially for taking photos :-)

I don't post many of my super casual outfits on here, usually because they're all the same! I enjoyed a lot getting out of my high heels for a bit and being comfy walking around the city in my Keds ;-) We hanged out in the city eating cookies and drinking an Oreo shake and in the centre shopping :-D

I Don't Want To Be Your Thinspiration!

I am tired of getting questions on my formspring about “how to be as skinny as I am” and “how to lose weight“, ''your legs are so beautiful, what's your secret?'' and so on. You can't even imagine how many of these comments, questions and e-mails I get per week. It’s ludicrous and it upsets me! I wanted it all to end so all I could do was to close my Formspring.
Some people think it’s ideal to be skinny but I was born the way I am. I've always been skinny and I don't know what it is like to be over-weight. I eat what I want, do little exercise, and taught myself to love and accept that I am naturally skinny. I eat balanced. On weekends I like to go to a restaurant (e.g. Vapiano, Three Sixty etc.). Three Sixty is important for it's fastfood. I love burgers, fries, pizza, doner, pasta but also yoghurts, fruit shakes and yes... :-D But trust me, I prefer fast food, haha. I am not really interested in healthy food. My mom cooks very rarely because she has to work every day. What I have to do is eating outside, by friends or cooking by myself. I am not a well cook so I don't do that often :-D

Don't starve yourself because you will never look naturally thin. Feminine curves look much more attractive than bones. It is sad indeed, I hope these girls “wake up” and see themselves. I am sure they are fine the way they are. And if you are good person it doesn’t matter are you skinny or fat! With this, let me conclude. Please don’t annoy me with your weight issues anymore and please don't use me as an inspiring example. I don't want to help you lose weight.

New Haircut

Gestern war ich beim Friseur. Ich lasse mein Haar 2x im Jahr schneiden. Meine Haare fühlen sich jetzt viel gesünder an nachdem die Spitzen abgeschnitten wurden. Dieses mal ging ein bisschen mehr ab, um genau zu sein 3cm. Die Seiten wurden leicht angestuft und ich habe wieder einen leichten Seitenpony. Außerdem wurde ich gestern von ''Pretty Dresses In The Laundry'' interviewt. Wirf doch einen Blick drauf. :-)

Translation:Yesterday I went to the hair dresser. I cut my hair twice a year. My hair feels now more healthy after cutting the ends off. More than 3cm are gone. Now I have a flimsy fringe hairstyle. Translation: Sometimes a simple detail makes me fall in love with a garment: a special color, a beautiful fabric, an original structure and design. With this skirt bought last week in zara I had my little heart time. Weather is crazy, you just can't go out knowing exactly what to wear. Sometimes it's raining, too cold or too windy...
