simple pancake recipe

^Today I want to show you how to make classic pancakes, because the instagram user named kathaa_1810 asked me for the recipe. And here it is :-)

For the pancake mixture
Ingredients:
50g butter
100g sugar
200ml milk
200g flour
4 egs
1tsp vanilla sugar
1tsp baking poweder
Oil (for frying)

1.) Combine all ingredients.
2.) Heat 1 or 2 Tablespoons oil in a pan; add a little bit of the mixture with a ladle.
3.) Saute until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
4.) Remove from pan and serve with sweets or fruits of your choice, such as nutella, blueberrys, icing sugat etc.


& Ready is your pancake :-D Enjoy your meal!

Eine ganze Weile habt ihr nichts von mir gehört, zumindest nicht auf meinem Blog :-D Dafür habe ich aber ab & zu mal was von mir via instagr.am hören lassen. Mit dem bloggen hing ich irgendwie hinterher, weil ich fast nie Zeit dazu gefunden habe (Schule, Freund, Job, Freunde etc.). Ich will mich ab jetzt in Zukunft wieder etwas mehr auf's bloggen konzentrieren :-)
